1How much do I have to pay for your services?

We detail out our various packages on the services page which gives you the opportunity to customise a bespoke package for what components you need or you can select one of our default packages to have a simple selection.

2Why do you need my website passwords?

In order to manage your website for you, we need to be able to login to the backends.  We typically find that getting this information upfront makes it easier to respond quickly when you unexpectedly need us to jump into an issue. All credentials are kept in a secure manner and treated as if it was our own.

3How many times can I contact you in the year?

You can contact us unlimited times - this is truly unlimited as long as the work fits within what we are offering you.  If we feel like you're abusing the service being offered (bearing in mind we're specialised towards sole traders, small & medium sized businesses), we will just reach out to you and have a chat about the expectations.  

4How do I raise issues to you?

You can raise issues via any of our contact channels but email is always preferred given it is easier to add screenshots or logins in a more confidential way.

5Do you offer any other website services?

We do have a lot of experience with SEO packages and building websites from scratch too - please do contact us with more details of your requirements.

6My website is currently broken. Can I signup and you'll fix it?

We would treat this on a case by case basis as to what is actually broken and how complex the fix is.  So it is not a no but the expectation is ordinarily that the website works on day 1.  Do reach out to us to see if we can cover that for you.
