Overview
Given the nature of our products is a digital service – once the service has been used, we are not able to issue refunds on it. Whilst your policy has a 14 day cooling off period as standard, by using the services provided, you void your right to this entitlement. Likewise, if you haven’t had to use the policy throughout the term, in no way are you entitled to any refund for the services purchased.
Indemnity
In no way is My Website Needs Help liable for your website going down and any onward losses (i.e. loss of business from the website being down). The services provided by My Website Needs Help are designed to keep your website alive and fix any issues that may occur but from time to time that may not be possible to deliver given the nature of technology and third party hosting company limitations.
